League Info

League Dates:

Tuesday Night Leagues: March 4 - April 29, 2025

Thursday Night Leagues: March 6 - May 1, 2025

Registration Dates: February 11 - February 26, 2025

Volleyball Free Agent Night : February 27, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm. If you are looking to join a team please signup at www.teamsideline.com/westsacramento and also show up to the free agent night. There is no charge.

Cost:
$280 per resident team
$305 per non-resident team
$265 for Quad Teams

Included:
Each team is guaranteed eight (8) games.

Roster:
Team rosters must be turned in prior to your team's first league game.

Specifics:
Teams may play six (6) players at a time. When playing coed, at least half the players on the court must be female.

If playing in the Quads league you may play with four (4) players at a time.

Leagues:
Tuesday Nights - Coed Intermediate and Advance Leagues (Reverse Coed Rules and Women's Height Net) and Coed Quads.

Wednesday Nights- Coed Intermediate and Advance, Coed Quads, and Coed Open

Thursday Nights - Coed Power League (Standard Coed Rules - Men's Height Net) and Coed/Women's Quads.
